⏰ Shipment processing time
All orders that are in stock are typically processed within 3-4 business days.
Our warehouses are closed on Sundays and all major U.S. holidays, including Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Eve. Any order placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day.
🚚 Shipping Times
The average delivery time is 7-10 days, after order processing.
3-5 day shipping on luxury pet carriers/strollers, PupLounge beds, and our specialty dog collars.
📢 During the holidays, shipping carriers may be delayed. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY by any specified date. "Order by" dates are suggested dates to increase the likelihood that your order will be received by the desired date. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us.
Expedited shipping may be available on certain items. Email/message us.
Most of our items ship from the U.S.; however, some of our items ship from our international partner and shipping times may be extended on those items. Questions? Please feel free to contact us!
Covid 19 and other unforeseen delays and limitations: In the event of unforeseen national or world circumstances, shipments may take longer than usual. Items may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery. Please allow for these additional delivery delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
We ship to addresses within the domestic United States. If you have questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Sometimes these emails go to spam so please be sure to check your spam folder!
For logistical reasons, because items may be shipped from two different warehouses, depending on inventory, items in the same order may be sent separately.
If you input the tracking number and you receive the following status: "No information available at the moment", do not not worry! This typically happens when the item(s) are shipped from our international warehouse and USPS/FEDEX/UPS tracking will not update until the package has cleared customs and enters the U.S. Once it does, USPS/FEDEX/UPS tracking will update within 2-3 days.
