Service was great. Ordered a small recovery shirt it was more like a ex-small. It was not the same length as described on your site. The medium replacement was way too big. Cat walked right out of it.

I ordered a size too big, but otherwise was satisfied with the quality of the product. The material is very soft and it's easy to put on the cat (even if she didn't like it too much). It did the job of keeping her from licking a wound on her side until it could heal.
